Carl Taoka – Production Manager

Carl’s significant technical management experience coupled with 15 years of coordination and management work with The NAKOA Companies, Inc. provides a unique capability to resource our projects.  He managed the 440 unit Iroquois Point Job with Hunt Construction to a successful conclusion. He also managed the AC upgrades with Lend Lease Actus along with numerous projects with EB, SAIC, AFCEES, and NAVSEA projects.  Currently managing all SAIC projects along with all Heide & Cooke work, Carl balances his time between job walks, Client interface and problem resolution.
