SCOPE
- Install new double lane drive through (side by side ordering) concrete pavement with new outdoor digital menu boards
- Demolish existing ceilings and flooring. Install new ceramic tile flooring, wall tile and ceiling grid in branded interior design.
- Install new bathroom plumbing fixtures and accessories.
- New outdoor menu boards and footings designed for 200 mph Typhoon Wind Loading.
- Restaurant remained open during renovations.
- 3000 sf of renovation area in building.
- Drive Thru improvements included pervious paver tiles for improved on site drainage management
