NAKOA Guam Inc completed the installation of Five Modular Field Offices located on Navy Base Guam just north of the Navy Laundry Facility. Several “Typhoon Blocks” weighing more than 3,000 lbs each will be used to anchor the offices during a typhoon event. CTSI managed the unloading and transportation from the commercial docks to the Big Navy Facility. NAKOA Guam’s detailed preparation for the foundations and typhoon blocks produced seamless production for the install of the trailers this past May 2025.

- Installed #8 rebar hooks for 20 sets of typhoon blocks
- Setup five (5) modular office units, 12-13 tons in weight
